Text dominates memory

Text is no longer a mean of expression. It has become the thought itself.

Communicating with Extraordinarian in 2022 I was cautious in the use of spaced repetition software confining memory as ‘writeable’. As a result, there is no memory other than text or language, which in turn is under sociolinguist tames. Thought happening on the cross-section between user and AI is even more ‘text-ified’.

When recalling the generation of text historically, mind that text was not always explicit.
